Mave Health, a pioneering mental health startup, has unveiled exceptional outcomes from its 12-week program aimed at treating depression and anxiety without the side effects of traditional therapies. By integrating advanced brain stimulation technology with personalized therapy, fitness, and nutrition, the program is showing remarkable promise in the mental health space.
The program’s effectiveness is evident from the data: within just four weeks, 54% of participants reported full recovery, with no symptoms of depression or anxiety. Additionally, 67% saw their symptoms reduce by more than 50%, underscoring the program's early success.
As participants continued through the full 12 weeks, results improved further. By the end of the program, 68% had fully recovered, and 89% showed significant improvements in their mental health scores, demonstrating the long-lasting impact of the program.
The program is supervised by independent psychiatrist Dr. Himanshu Nirvan, who praised its potential: “tDCS is an effective and non-invasive treatment for managing anxiety and depression. It offers my patients an alternative to traditional medications, which often come with unwanted side effects.”
