Malaysia Airlines is excited to announce the launch of direct flights to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) in Paris, marking a significant milestone in its European expansion. Starting March 22, 2025, this new route will be Malaysia Airlines' 68th destination, further solidifying its role as a major gateway to Asia and beyond.
To celebrate the return of this route after nearly a decade, Malaysia Airlines is introducing the “Time for Paris” campaign. Initially, the service will operate four weekly flights directly from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 using the A350-900 aircraft, with daily flights starting from March 29, 2025.
Datuk Captain Izham Ismail, Group Managing Director of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), commented, “Expanding into Europe is a major achievement for Malaysia Airlines. With the addition of new widebody aircraft in Q4, we are excited to reconnect this iconic city with our network. Despite the competitive European market, we believe this route will attract travelers from Malaysia and neighboring regions.”
The Paris route will feature Malaysia Airlines' state-of-the-art A350-900 aircraft, which is also used on major routes like London and Doha, offering a world-class experience.
In conjunction with this expansion, MAG is delighted to showcase Google Gemini’s cutting-edge AI technology at the MATTA Fair in Malaysia. This advanced AI tool will allow visitors to explore dream destinations and receive personalized trip itineraries.
Malaysia Airlines is also revamping its corporate travel program, transitioning from MHbiz TRAVEL to MHcorporate. The new program offers enhanced flexibility, upfront savings, and tailored solutions for both SMEs and large corporations. MHcorporate features a dedicated relationship manager, preferential fares, and the introduction of Corporate Enrich Points, redeemable for various benefits.
To celebrate the launch, SMEs enrolled in MHcorporate can earn four times (x4) Corporate Enrich Points on base fares and enjoy an additional 5% discount on MATTA Fair offers through December 31, 2024. This initiative supports Malaysia Airlines' strategy to expand its global business traveler base while continuing to deliver exceptional Malaysian hospitality.
Additionally, Malaysia Airlines has upgraded MH Corporate Marine and revamped MH MICE offerings, aiming to attract more meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions to Malaysia and position the country as a premier hub for such events.
