Having previously graced the culinary teams of esteemed establishments such as Novotel Goa
Dona Sylvia, Zuri White Sands Goa Resort & Casino, Fortune Miramar Goa, and his last
assignment being Park Regis, Goa, Chef Santosh is no stranger to accolades, having been named
' the most admired chef 2022 ' by the World Leadership Congress- Asia, 2017-18 Best chocolate
showpiece and Silver award for best wedding cake at Aahar F&B expo,recognized as Employee
of the Month and Best Team Player at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia.
Among his notable experiences, Chef M. Santosh has honed his skills in restaurants helmed by
celebrity chefs such as Chef Marco Pierre White, Chef Trevor, and Chef Atul Kocchar further
solidifying his reputation as a culinary virtuoso.
When not crafting culinary wonders, Chef M. Santosh, thrives on exploring new destinations,
immersing himself in local cultures, and savoring authentic culinary delights. He also seeks
solace in offbeat places for trekking.
