The hectic and fast-paced lifestyles, growing pollution, rising mercury levels of the sun showering all its harmful UV rays onto the skin are the powerful ingredients enough to turn your skin into a disaster even during the freeze.  It is imperative to adopt a healthy beauty regime that helps in giving you a problem free healthy skin to boast of and flaunt about.  Here are some of the fundamentals which you must include in your rule-book in order to achieve the most desired results:
 
  1. Good Skincare Regimen:   BNV
 
The basic fundamental rule must include the routine of CTM i.e.  ‘Cleansing, toning, moisturizing’ which must be an integral part of your everyday skin care routine.  Cleansing is useful in removing the impurities as well as dead cells of the skin. Eating healthy vegetables comprising the green veggies and fruits along with milk play a crucial role in providing the right amount of nutrition to not just the body but skin as well.  A sure-shot way to keep your skin blooming and youthful is by providing the appropriate amount of nutrition as well as nourishment.  The minerals, antioxidants as well as vitamins such as E,C,A works wonders for the skin when included in your diet and foods. 5.   Scrub off the dead skin:
