Earlier this financial year WelcomHeritage had flagged a boutique hotel - WelcomHeritage Ashdale in Nainital, Uttarakhand which is an old Manor from the British Era, owned by the Royalty of Sahaspur. Nestled amidst green oaks, deodars and a beautiful kidney shaped lake reflecting the green from the densely forested hills that surround it is an eighteenth-century bungalow with outhouses and Tennis court.

Another property under the Nature resort category, which was launched few months back, is the WelcomHeritage Ayatana in Somwarpet, Coorg, Karnataka. The resort is set amidst 100 acres of lush forest and a private waterfall. It features 53 exquisite rooms, an infinity pool and a picturesque view of Coorg’s dreamy scapes. 

 

Further, WelcomHeritage has two properties in pipeline; one being WelcomHeritage Tadoba Vanyavillas Resort & Spa which is located near Tadoba National Park primarily known for spotting Tigers. It is a 36 room resort spread across 65 acres amidst a private lake making it an ideal getaway for nature and wildlife lovers. Another one is a Heritage property located in Udaipurwati – WelcomHeritage Inderpura Haveli, which is a 25 room property. We intend to launch both these properties in the coming months of this fiscal year.
