The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is thrilled to unveil SHIN’YA, a fresh dining concept set to revolutionize Japanese cuisine in Delhi NCR. This voguish restaurant promises to deliver the finest in Japanese culinary delights. Named after the Japanese word for 'midnight', SHINYA aims to be the ultimate destination for enjoying delightful food and drinks during evenings and nights. Drawing inspiration from Japanese izakaya culture—a laid-back bar experience—SHIN’YA invites guests to unwind and rejuvenate after a long day's work.
Designed to be the perfect spot for relaxing with colleagues, friends, and family, SHINYA opened its doors at the Hyatt Regency in Gurgaon on May 23, 2024. Featuring captivating interactive sushi and mixology counters, the restaurant is meticulously crafted to foster social interaction. With a seating capacity of 46 guests, it's an ideal setting for intimate family dinners or small gatherings.
Delighted at the opening of SHINYA, Ms. Sonale Zagade, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Gurugram, said, “Japanese cuisine is being loved by people across the globe and we are excited to bring SHINYA to Delhi NCR. The restaurant, besides serving the most amazing spread of sushi and an extensive array of drinks, is a place where people can come and unwind. The soothing ambiance, friendly well-trained staff, and the authentic Japanese gourmet spread heighten the izakaya experience”
Staying true to authentic techniques, SHIN’YA prioritizes the use of fresh ingredients to deliver top-quality delicacies. Its diverse menu encompasses a range of culinary delights such as yakitori, grilled meats and fish, karaage, edamame, pickled vegetables, sashimi, sushi, and robata. Under the guidance of Chef Adi Melaz, each dish is crafted to perfection, blending traditional flavors with a modern touch. The beverage menu, curated by mixologist Shashwat Prasad, features a refined selection of Japanese whiskey, sake, premium wines, and a draft beer station offering four beer options. SHINYA operates until 3 AM every day, ensuring that the good times can continue well into the night.
