Marriott New Delhi Aerocity is pleased to announce the appointment of Dario Trevisan as its new Italian Chef De Cuisine. Chef Trevisan brings with him over a decade of culinary experience in the finest kitchens of Italy and the United Kingdom.
Starting his professional journey in a restaurant of the Formula1 Autodromo in Monza (Italy), Chef Trevisan has served in numerous capacities in multiple restaurants, including Noizé, the Fenchurch restaurant, the Lightman and others. This helped refine his skills and develop a deeper understanding of the diverse culinary techniques. Prior to joining JW Marriott New Delhi, he was the head chef at Alma Crystal Palace in London, UK. He earned his diploma from Collegio Ballerini di Seregno, an Italian catering school.
Chef Trevisan is a seasoned chef with a proven track record of food preparation, culinary management, and menu planning. Drawing inspiration from his Italian roots, he harmoniously blends traditional Italian flavours to create contemporary dishes that captivate the palate of the guests. His dedication and passion for culinary excellence shine through his dishes that celebrate the rich Italian heritage.

In his new role, Chef Trevisan will focus on the Italian cuisine. He will lead the kitchen operations, develop the menu and create new recipes to create a delightful dining experience for the guests.
