Nishesh Seth has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Le Meridien Goa, Calangute. He has been with the hotel since its pre-opening phase and is credited for his creativity and innovation in conceptualizing the five food & beverage outlets at the hotel. He brings with him over twelve years of culinary experience & expertise in managing operations, having worked in different cities with Indian & International hotel chains. Before joining Le Meridien Goa, Calangute his earlier assignment was as the Executive Sous Chef at Shangri-La, Bengaluru. In his current role, he is responsible for introducing new concepts, training & nurturing talent, ensuring standards and effective management of kitchen operations.
