Q. How has been this year so far for you in terms of wedding segment?
This year the marriage segment has been good since we entertain weddings of all religions. We are booked all through the year as the design and décor of the hall is majestic and has no pillars, hence preferred by clients. So far the hall are booked during all the auspicious days and at week ends.
Q. What are your expectations from the upcoming wedding segment?
The upcoming wedding segment is expected to be even better. We have hall requirements for the coming season and in fact have been booked for the future also.
Q. What are the facilities that you offer for weddings?
The Hotel offers a full scale of service that range from guest rooms to banquet space (We have a pillarless banquet hall with 500 members seating capacity and a space for 250 members buffet), for wedding ceremonies with the highest level of personalised service to make it the most memorable day.
The food and beverage is prepared with fresh ingredients, live stations, innovative presentation. The decor is further enhanced with a stage, coordinated overlays, chair covers and table pieces. Other requirements like Flower Decoration, Beauty Parlour and Music of all kinds is also provided. We also provide the banana leaf style food service, if required by the guests. We have a huge open space at the back of the hall where a tent is put up and food is served over there for over 500 people gathering.
We have ample parking space for the cars and provide valet parking during the functions. One complimentary room is offered to the bride & groom for wash and change and one room for the couple also to stay at night.
For Jain & Rajasthani community marriages we provide them the hall on hire basis and allow them to bring their own food or the back area can be used for cooking as per their requirement of food.
We have 2 major wedding halls very near to our vicinity in the name Raja Muthiah and Rani Meyyammai but on the expensive side, the guests who book those halls take rooms from us. The Jain & Rajasthani community has their “Bharath” party leaving from our hotel, the “Phera” and Wedding Reception at the wedding halls nearby. They can accommodate 1000 to 2000 people.
Q. Is there any trend that you are seeing in the wedding market?
It is more demanding and going to be more choosy about the price, since now a days instead of the guests booking the hall, they assign this job to the event management for all their marriage arrangements. They expect the package rate instead of per meal charges. Exploration, interaction and experience are the major focus.
We are enclosing the Undersigned's, as required by you.
Assuring you of our best attention, service and support at all times.
