During the last 13 years, he has grown from being a Jr. Sous Chef-Chef In-charge to being the Executive Chef.He has previously honed his craft in kitchens such as Courtyard by Marriott at Mumbai International Airport, Courtyard by Marriott, The Taj Connemara and ITC Hotel Park Sheraton Towers in Chennai. He encompasses expertise in handling kitchen operations, achieving guest satisfaction and teammanagement.
