She has shared some meditation to get out of this depression. a) Lit a candle in front of you sit comfortably close your eyes play any meditation music for 15 minutes and get deep into it. You have to do this practice for 21 days regularly and feel the change b) In state of depression- Take an open bowl of water keep beside your bed while sleeping and next morning drop it in any plant. Do regularly for 40 days c) Emotional in balancing- Take fist full rice in your right hand and chant deep “Om” either 11 or 21 times then offer those rice to the birds. Repeat this practice for at least 16 days regularly. Once in a day this should be done to look forward and get out of depression. In all these cases understanding should be manifested for each other. Every member of the family who is working should take some time out for their family instead of getting depressed and being under too much of work pressure at home.
