Turkish Technic, a top provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, has signed two important agreements with SunExpress Airlines, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa. The first agreement offers comprehensive Component Pool support, allowing SunExpress access to Turkish Technic’s extensive inventory for its Boeing 737NG and Boeing 737MAX fleets, ensuring optimal component availability and minimizing aircraft downtime.
The second agreement involves complete landing gear overhaul and spare operations for SunExpress' Boeing 737NG fleet. Together, these agreements enhance operational continuity and fleet readiness, enabling SunExpress to provide reliable service to its customers.
Mikail Akbulut, CEO of Turkish Technic, remarked, “We are excited to enhance SunExpress’ operational efficiency through our component services. These agreements ensure smooth operations for their fleet and strengthen our long-standing partnership.”
Max Kownatzki, CEO of SunExpress, added, “Our collaboration with Turkish Technic underscores our commitment to safety and efficiency. The support and maintenance services will help us maintain high standards of operational reliability.”
With decades of collaboration, these new agreements further illustrate Turkish Technic's dedication to providing customized MRO solutions that meet the evolving needs of its partners.
