A woman’s worth is based on how well she fits into the societal standards. In India, these expectations are more severe and theypose a problem when they get in the way of a woman’s ambitions and aspirations.
In order to dismantlethis traditional thinking,Westside hosted Limitless, a community where everyone can express themselvesand be authentic to who they are. It aims to connect with like-minded individuals and establish a welcomingspace that serves as a safe haven for all. Westside aims to tell inspiring stories through inspiring people and voice experiences in order to normalize being real.
For the 5th Episode of Limitless, Westside collaborated with writer, poet, and rapper, SrushtiTawade. The young gen-z artist talks about her star journey with Sameera Reddy, the host of the Limitless podcast. The two women spoke at length about manifesting goals - turning dreams into reality, being real, honest to oneself, handling criticism, and standing out in a world that loves clichés.

To this, the host, Sameera Reddy adds, “In your teensthat are your formative years, you go through these moments – while some kids grow out of it and take it a positive way, some kids get hit very negatively when people put them down.”
