Ingredients:
· Fresh Prawns – 500 gms
· Ginger Paste – 1 Teaspoon
· Garlic Paste -1 Teaspoon
· Lime Juice – 20 ml
· Salt – 5 gms
(For Grinding)
· Green Chilli – 10 Nos
· Yellow Mustard Seeds – 30 gms
· Turmeric Powder – 15 gms
· Ginger Garlic Paste – 20 gms
· Lime Juice – 20 ml
· Salt – 20 gms
· Fresh Turmeric Leaves – 10 Nos
METHOD:
1. Shell and devein the prawns. Slit the prawns, keep the tail on.
2. Marinate the prawns with limejuice, salt, haldi powder, ginger garlic paste for 15 Mins.
3. Soak mustard seeds in water for 10 minutes.
4. Make a fine paste of soaked mustard seeds, add a bit of turmeric powder, mustard oil and green chillies.
5. Keep marinated prawns in this mixture for 30 minutes.
6. Place a turmeric leave on a base apply little mustard oil then coat the thin layer of marinated prawns with little paste on top and cover the prawns with turmeric leaves on top.
7. Put on a griller. Add a little oil and cook the wrapped prawns on both sides.
8. Serve Hot with mint Chutney.
